PRIVACY POLICY

Our practice operates a strict confidentiality policy. Only members of Boyd & Logue, Business Services Organisation, and the Northern Health and Social Care Trust have access to your records. We will not disclose your data to third parties without your express permission. All patients have access rights to their personal information under the Data Protection Act. To obtain copies please contact Boyd & Logue in writing. Please note charges apply for photocopies.

 

Complaints Policy

We welcome your complaints. If you feel there is a problem we would like to hear from you so that we can improve our service. Complaints can be made to the Practice Manager, in person, by telephone, or in writing. This procedure does not affect your right to make representation to the Local Health Authourity.
